Hopefield School Bus and Veldhuisie EcoCabin offer rustic stay for couples or friends seeking a holiday away from the hustle & bustle. Nestled in lush Fynbos vegetation. Experience privacy, nature, sunsets & starry night skies.

Converted bus and tiny home wooden cabin & outdoor areas are booked out as a whole. When you make a booking you will have the entire 1.2ha smallholding to yourself.

Totally off-grid with solar lights & gas appliances. The ideal location for a digital detox to escape the outside world.

Pockets of unspoilt Fynbos offer a home to a number of indigenous small wildlife including antelope such as steenbok and duiker. Other smaller animals include the bat-eared fox, porcupine, Cape honey badger, cape genet and Cape gray mongoose. Birdlife include among other grey-winged francolin, Karoo clapper lark, bokmakierie and a variety of sunbirds.
